Welcome to the San Clemente Medi-Center. We are a walk-in medical clinic and urgent care located in the heart of San Clemente. Our facility and physicians have served San Clemente for over 25 years. Darshana Kadakia, M.D., FCCP is a five-board certified physician and completed her medical education in the United States as a graduate of USC Medical School in 1986. Dr. Kadakia specializes in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Geriatrics, Critical Care, as well as Integrative and Holistic Medicine.
